I'm not receiving any rewards from the "rami" event. Also, I have hit the supposed "JACKPOT" 3 times and NEVER received that either.
I must say, at first I was very impressed with your customer service. However, it seems now as if I'm being neglected. As if you think I will go away if you don't communicate. I sent the issue about the gold bars 2 weeks ago. And the one about the bonuses from Rami just over a week ago. And the missing Jackpot rewards. I'm NOT playing the game anymore until I get an answer and gold bars returned. I log in daily to see if there is any change and nothing yet. I do miss the game but, I'm not spending another dime until these issues are resolved. I have seen some negative feedback already regarding some of these same issues. Not inspiring a great deal of confidence. Wonder if the "powers that be" would be more motivated to satisfy their loyal players if all this negativity were to go public???

RAMI will never get fixed because there it is almost over. They always say that it has been reported but nothing is ever done. I had not played today and when I came back all my boosters were gone and I never got any of my free goodies for placing 1st. STOP telling players it is going to get fixed when you know damn well it's not. Just don't say anything at all.
Hi all, no fix on Rami yet. I just checked it out. Let's all take a deep breath and be patient. I am not even considered about the fix for Rami today. My concern is now whether Didi will be working next Monday when it appears in the game.
Thank you, but, I truly don't believe that there is a resolution here. Too many people play the game before the problems start. You guys will continue to make the money from the new players and the ones that are faithful and play daily will suffer. I'm DONE!!!! AND I will share this! Word of mouth travels fast!

Hi Annalisa, Rami is a definite glitch and I have reported it to the King Admin but there is a 6 hour time difference from Spain to my time zone so she might have already left when I reported it to her. She should see it first thing in the morning. Regarding the Jackpot winnings, I will elevate this to a King Admin who might be able to help you.
