I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issue with your App Store!!
Can you please tell me whatโs happening when you try to purchase items in your App Store? Are you seeing an error message?
Can you show me couple of screenshots of what you see when you click on App Store; and also a screenshot of the error message - if any?

Are you experiencing this issue with only App Store or any other features too? For example, to watch Ads for extra moves or boosters? Do they play properly?
How about collecting rewards from events? Is your internet connection strong enough?
I have been having the same issue for a few days now. no 'online' features in the game work at all and it spins when trying to connect to app store. have reset everything and logged out (but cannot log back in because it will not connect to internet in the game)
