In Candy Royale the minimum I can get is 30 gold bars + 45 from the episode race.
Try to play Candy Royale in episodes with several skulls, it is very likely that you will get a considerable amount of gold. I always use to do this.
Another thing that helps a lot is playing Candy Royale with a win streak of 5 wins.
And if you have ads, you can use the magic hat to increase the time of some booster. And there's also the chocobox that gives timed booster rewards. I usually get the chocobox rewards only on candy royale day.

The players used to have a choice. All of a sudden you force it on them. Inevitably some will feel irritated and some were infuriated.
I tried to take advantage of the Candy Royale in the last 3 episodes. The reward is a miserable 14 or 15 gold bars.
It's not worth the effort. The extra boosters that are needed to keep the 9 winning streaks are far more valuable than 15 gold bars. I guess that's what King wanted.

I'm on Android 12. Haven't played on a PC or laptop in years. Kinda hate the having to swipe. Wish I had the 'back' arrow from 10! It's aggravating.

I agree with you. People are complaining a lot about Candy Royale just because of the X button, instead they should take advantage of it since after the episode race, candy royale is the only way to earn gold.
I'm still a long way from being at the top of the map. I'm currently at level 5k onwards, meanwhile I'm going to make the most of candy royale.
I assume you are talking about playing on the App from Microsoft Store on a PC.
Please try it when you are playing from Facebook on a browser, any browser. The Esc key has no effect at all. That is where all the complaints are about.
Hi @jabbers If you are playing on your pc like me you could try using the esc button that usually gets rid of it, but be warned it will keep popping up every few games. Any way I hope the esc button works for you.

What do you mean by swipe left? On which device is that?
I guess you assume everyone plays on their phone or other mobile device. I don't and since I play on my laptop or PC, the option to "swipe left" is not available otherwise I'd gladly use it. As for asking people to stop whining and complaining, that's really the only avenue that's available to try to change things.
Being on level 14200+, am not looking forward trying to win the double Royale. Won't happen.

To those that hate Royale, it takes 3 seconds to back out. So tired of the whining. King is NOT going to bring back the 'x' button. Please stop asking. Swipe left to exit out of Royale if you don't want to play it!
Sorry, just tired of the whining and complaining about Candy Royale. For goodness sake people, it's one of the few ways you can maybe win Gold Bars!
I'm on level 14230 and it's pretty much impossible to win the race, let alone Sam's Streak. You'll see when you get here.

How odd. Why even HAVE it at that point? And yeah, I just looked (I haven't even really bothered to TRY to get to it in some time since they moved it to 9), and I'm hilariously at 18 now! Too, too funny.
I mean, whatever, I had already given up on it as an option, but yes, it is annoying to have to now see it pop up without me even getting a chance to opt into it.
Even though I love Royale, it screwed me today. I usually only have to pass 8 levels. Today, I had to do 9. You can only guess what happened. Yep, game f'd me on the 9th level to share gold bars. What a joke!
That's King for ya. Should have had it even using boosters. Oh well, Candy Gods weren't nice to me today!

Yeah, mine is 18 as well. It's doable maybe if you start of will a brand new ID at level 1! Seriously taking the desire and enjoyment out of playing this game when they do idiotic things like this.

Before everyday I am getting advertisement for extra moves.. after one payment now a days ad stopped... Worst
I no longer seem to be able to access the 6 hour play for 69 gold bars. Only options available are buy 1 life or watch adverts to be awarded a life. Do I have to using a specific version of Candy crush to get the 6 hours play option? Thanks
