I have not heard back from anyone re my last comment. However as much as I would appreciate the return of my 36 switch / hand boosters, I realise I have already used up a lot of people's time. If you can get them back that would be great and if not, thanks for your previous help.

I've been pondering whether to communicate again but I just have to ask about the 36 switch/hand boosters which I lost and have come to rely on to pass new levels.
Is there any chance I can get them back?
As I said earlier I think I am a little rude asking when you have already done so much and been so supportive. But I just couldn't let it rest without asking.

Have just checked Candy Crush and things are looking pretty much back to where I was.
I am absolutely delighted, if not a little embarrassed about how pleased I am. Should it mean so much to me?
I am going to risk appearing ungrateful which I certainly am not, but I was wondering about my 36 hand boosters. Would it be possible to get them as well?

Hello Leonie! I will send this on to the Moderator right now! The Moderators have magical powers...much like a Leprechaun or a Magical Faerie. Heehee. I will get this done for you immediately so we can get you back where you were!
Above the reply box there is a picture icon that looks like a mountain and a sun (or is that a moon?) so all you have to so is click on that and you will be able to choose the file where you saved your screenshot (make sure you save it to your device--laptop/PC is the easiest to navigate in that regard). Just upload the saved picture (screenshot) and voila! I get to see a wonderful picture provided by you. If you need anymore help, I have a link that explains how to screen shot a little better. Oh, and the Moderator will see your post first thing in the morning! I will make triple sure of it. I want to make sure you get every single booster you had lost.

You could wait, but I am not sure when the next update will be out. I don't really pay attention to that since I am nowhere near the end of the levels, so I don't need to wait for new ones. I have more than enough levels to keep me busy ha ha. Whichever you choose, either waiting for the Update or resetting it now, I will be here to assist you in every way. There are magical things that the Moderators can do to get lost levels back or replace boosters or gold lost (if that ever happens). Can you take a screenshot of your boosters if possible before you reset (if you choose to do that) so the Moderators can see exactly what to replace? I am right here if you need me. Hello Laura - thanks for offering to help (thanks also to Elsa for her earlier assistance). I can access the internet on my iPad so that is not the problem. I tried clearing the history but unfortunately this had no effect even after I restarted the iPad. I wondered if I should try to wait for a Candy Crush update in case that solves the problem. Failing that I suppose a re install is the last resort. I really appreciate your offer to try and return my boosters and would really appreciate that happening if I needed to delete the app and start again. What is your recommendation - do you think I should wait for an update or uninstall the app? Again - thank you for your interest and suggestions. Regards Leonie McGurk

Hi Leonie. It may be your internet connection itself. Can you connect to other webpages or games? If you can, then perhaps clearing the cache/history on your device will work. If not, then it may be the internet itself, which you would have to contact your provider yourself. You can also try (as a last resort) uninstalling and reinstalling the game. You will lose any boosters that you'd had, but I can ask the Moderator to return those boosters to you if I have to. Let me know if any of this works, so I can contact the Moderator directly and let her know there is this issue. Have a great day!
