Did you switch devices or did you game crash? If you purchased boosters and they disappeared you can follow the same advice and contact player support.

When you switch devices your boosters don't transfer. You can use the link "contact us" at the bottom of this page. They will usually replace purchased boosters, but not any you earned in the game. Your boosters are still on your old phone. Booster are stored on your device and can't be synced to the server. I hope customer support will help you.

Why do I not get lives anymore? I request constantly for lives. On Saturday I woke up to 3 lives, Sunday 5 lives and today no lives. There has got to be something wrong or are candy fixing the game to make us spend money. Yesterday I decided I would not be returning any lives now only to those who send me lives regularly and those that don't I am going to delete them as its just not fair not getting anything in return. I use to love playing this game but since things started changing and now this getting no lives has made me question whether to carry on playing. I'm not asking for much just for my friends to return the favour in lives.
