Hi @FluffyDinosaur The reason some players in this community are starting to get angry and make comments that are not so sweet is the following:
We used to love this game. This used to be a fun game. Many of us have been playing this for years.
But:
Some of us cannot play any more AT ALL because of recent changes, such as those short of sight who cannot play on a computer screen or those with arthritis in their hands who cannot hold an iPad and now can no longer play resting it on a table like we used to. Adding to this King have made levels impossible to beat, taken away fun events, made levels even more impossible to beat and introduced more annoying features that serve no purpose we can see. The game has been completely ruined and WE ARE ANGRY. How can we be "sweet" about it????? There is nothing sweet about Candy Crush any more except the graphics.

Our team is always working hard to strike the right balance between making the game challenging yet fun, and we're constantly learning and adjusting based on the feedback we receive from our players.
I absolutely get that this can be frustrating and make you angry, and that is okay. My point is, while we always appreciate constructive feedback and it's not necessary to always be sweet, it's never okay to be rude, disrespectful or attack other players or King community members. Hope that explains it!

Why would you force your players to play a game that they don't wish to waste their time with? Why would you risk losing customers and the money they spend to buy bricks/lives because you want to push your animation? There used to be a way to get out of playing the silly game, but you've even stopped that from being possible. We are here to actually play The Candy Crush Saga game, not all of the other silly extras. It should be a choice.

You don’t get it do you? There are people here who are angry and basically spamming every thread with their complaints…valid or not. They are users and are upset.
The problem is that they are making the forum unreadable and unpleasant. If members post a complaint then they should be given an answer. Is something is going to be done to address their concerns or not. Posting “Wahoo” or “be sweet” does nothing to satisfy their concerns.
I might not agree with their posting or the issues they are heaving but I agree that they deserve answers. Hoping that they will get tired and stop complaining is not working very well is it?

It is unreal... Used to be able to use the "back" button on my phone to skip participating in stupid "Candy Royale", but now they have eliminated that option. I don't know what their obsession is with forcing players to take part in that ridiculous competition that nobody seems to want to take part in, but it seems unhealthy at best. If we all raved about it and gained something from it by playing, they would probably take it away, just like any of the other good things that used to be in this game. Remember when you used to occasionally get to spin a wheel after you ran out of moves on a level and you could win extra moves or maybe a booster or something? Of course they took that away... Plenty of other stuff too, like being able to use as many lives as you'd like that your friends give you... No, they had to limit that too, all with that idea of making us spend more money in the game... Lol, that has had the exact OPPOSITE effect, at least for me. Will never spend another red cent on this game again. Way to go King!! Bravo...bravo.

The game should be optional. Maybe you are some expert player who wins eight or nine in a row but that is not the majority of us. Is very annoying to have this come up Every third or fourth game as it is a time waster not to mention sucking up the battery usage on an iPad.
