I played and spent 110 diamonds in the robot event and I did not receive any prize. I feel cheated because they did not comply. that event was not as expected

Hello. I assume you mean the Growbot event. I believe you misunderstood the robot. You had to spend 220 gold bars to earn 25. Yes, that is right. It was a discount of getting gold back if you spent lots. Unfortunately this event has now disappeared, so I cannot send you a screenshot to illustrate.

It's gold bars, not diamonds though, and not the correct amount to spend too, not 110.
