i am trying to retrieve my account. i tried to forgot password however when i am typing to sign up i received an error message "wrong email or password combination" something. can someone help me?

When signing into your game @_zeroa make sure you use the Log In With Email option (underneath 'Already Have a King Account) and NOT Sign Up With Email.
