Hi Monica. I have had this problem quite a few times and I don't actually think it is what you say but how you say it. I find that if I reply to a post and then tag someone, and then edit my post it will almost always get rejected and go for approval. Sometimes my posts are just too long, the AI doesn't like that. However, if I just write in the box, rather than using the "reply" function I never seem to have my posts sent for approval. Sometimes I copy the same text and it gets posted. That is why I now copy what I write if I think it might be too longwinded. I won't use a hashtag here, just in case this one goes for approval!

I think some words cannot be used like Rxyalty (x is o), Mxssy (x is e), ..., it means when you post / edit these some words, the comments will be waiting approved (but cannot be posted up yet). After the comments can be approved by CM, the comments will be saved and posted/popped up.
So you try typing another words then we hope your comments can be posted / edited up successfully next time. Hope this helps! 😉
