What device are you playing on (make and model)? Has it always been like this?
I am having the same issue for a week or so now. Tried resetting logging out etc and nothing works and can’t log back into my acct in the app. Playing on iPhone 12 pro. User id 9969831548

Since your problem started recently, have a read here for reference:

I do not recommend reinstalling the game app, although that's what supposedly worked in that case. This is a last, last resort when everything else has failed.

How were you logging in before - via Apple ID or did you have a King account?
Have you spoken to Support already?
have a king acct and reached out to support directly a few times and got a form response that is just a rehash of the faq stuff.
Did you reply to their e-mail or just create new tickets? Did you get a human at all? Apparently, if your account is inaccessible, they gotta help you restore your account access.
Do you have a Windows PC? Try logging into your account using the standalone desktop version.
have replied and done new tickets and yet to receive anything other than an auto response.
dont have a windows pc, but was able to log into my acct on another device and had my rank and gold but the level progress wasnt anywhere near where I am. (I believe it had me around 900 and Im currently at 9840)
in the forum I found a thread where it looks like they used to do the restores as you mentioned but it was locked about a year ago and I couldnt find another like it.
Check my first reply in the first thread above again (or click here to get there directly). That guy had an account issue without even realising until they logged in on another device and discovered 2.5k of their levels were missing. Your situation seems similar. That's why I'd suggest contacting Support again, using a different subject this time - lost progress or items -> I lost my progress. Write you're missing XXXX amount of levels and ask them to take a look at your account. Tell them you have screenshots to prove your current level.
did new request as 'lost progress' and that seemed to be the trigger an actual human option. had everything resolved in 20 min of email back and forth
