My apologies for my ignorance on how the game app works in mobile. I've been playing on PCs.
To complete 30 new levels in 2 hrs is a bit of a rush, but not impossible, my Grandma did that in 75 minutes this round, pl see the screenshots I posted in my earlier comments.

I'm ok with the current arrangement, not complaining - I don't expect the game events to evolve around an individual player.

It's 24 hrs from when the event started yesterday globally, it didn't run 24 hrs after an individual started rushing for its gold.
Grandma was home one hr after the event kicked off, so she got almost 23 hrs to complete, and she did it in 75 minutes.
I was at work when the event was released, so started late and only had about 10 hrs to complete 50 levels, and I gave it a miss.
We need to fit in the 24hrs timer, not the other way round.
