I've played for years. I've been patiently waiting for you to fix the candy royal glitch that doesn't let you back out and will be uninstalling if not corrected by the end of this month. There are plenty of other games/candy crush and from what I've seen NO ONE LIKES IT.
Hello @DejRich82 you might as well not wait until the end of the month to start playing another game as the forced play of Candy Royale is not a glitch. The removal of the X button is the result of a deliberate change to the feature made by King, so there is nothing for them to fix.
What they WILL remove is this thread, probably. They've gathered all the other complaints up and hidden them away from sight somewhere. I guess that is a sure sign that they are keeping the change to Candy Royale and hope the complaints will just fizzle out. Seen that before with other issues.
Hello @christinewupp👋

When the *Candy Royale is getting removed??
Seriously, what's the point winning a timed booster if I can't use them?
It lets you claim, but then comes up with this forced nonsense again and I have no choice but to close the game. FED UP!!

As are most of us. But as you can see they don't give a rat's patootie about their customers. They don't even have a set of balls between all of them for somebody to stand up and say that it is here to stay so you can stop complaining. Same with the portrait only mode. I don't understand what kind of business practice this is, but I'm hoping it's gonna backfire on them as bad as bud light got backfired on.
My Candy Royale is missing. Mysteriously removed for a week now.
It's not that I want it back. Just wondering what are the criteria for the removal. Was it a glitch or intentional?
As for the portrait mode, there are inconsistencies. On the Windows App, it has switched back to landscape view for now.
