For future reference, whenever you need help with your game, weather tips for a specific level or other types of problems - just post it here in Candy Crush Saga Support.
I also have 27 moves for this level:
What platform are you playing on. I am on an iPhone. I have sometimes noticed differences in some levels depending on the platform (like android).
If you are playing on an iOS device and still have fewer moves, you need to ensure you have the latest version of the game, clear your cache and then turn your device off for at least 10 seconds then see if you have 27 moves or not.

Hello. I still have 27 moves for level 10681, which is what the YouTube videos show. Please could you post a screenshot of your starting level so we can see why yours is different.

Im trying to find somewhere I can post and ask a question about level 10681 that I have been stuck on for over a week!
Iām almost to the point of removing the app.
When I search tutorials on YouTube that level has 30 moves but Iāve only got 16 moves.
Does anyone have any advice and why so often are moves taken away in levels making it almost impossible to pass.
