Last dragon did t drop lost my steak & spent $39.99 want a refund & streak restored

The last Dragon wouldn’t drop on level 4243 of candy crush saga. Are used quite a few extras, stripes, etc. and then spent 3999 to buy a package and burn through a lot of that before I figured out that there was a problem with the game. I would like either a refund or a heybigger bundle & streak restored

There was a guy who posted right after that big contest earlier in the year. He said that he spend $1,000 trying to get a trip to England to compete but he never won anything. He also said that he was not going to spend more money.
Welp…there’s one born every minute. And, too late he already spent the $1,000. Comical.

All my comments are now going for approval. I suggest read the thread in Support about the last cherry/dragon not dropping and then never spending money on the game again.

Hi there. This is an unfortunate glitch, which has caught a lot of players out over the years. Check out the thread in the Support forum "Last cherry/dragon not dropping..."
I doubt you will get a refund because you received the package you purchased. But you could contact customer support and try. Use the ? icon in the App settings then tap through any query until you see "contact us" at the bottom of the page. They have in the past given me boosters and sometimes gold when I complained about a glitch in the game, as a token of goodwill. They have a record of your purchases, so they should give you something back, but you will need to reply to the automated email first, to get anywhere. I don't think it is possible to restore a lost win streak.
