I must collect keys to let the dragon outs, I must break the ice on the bricks and then collect the bricks.. but I cannot get to the keys until I do this. I must then clear the jelly/jam over the wafer to collect those all in 23 moves??? I even have special candies which doesn’t even help to get remotely close. This is stupid and unrealistic, I’ve been playing candy crush long enough to know that this is impossible.

That is unfortunate. Or rather unfair. King really don't treat all players the same. Some get all the good events, some get nothing. I wish I could help, but can't. Maybe with the next update they'll make that level easier. Don't spend money on the game. It's just not worth it.

I'm right there with you tanaiya02. I have been stuck on level 14587 for two weeks and start with the 3 boosters at the beginning of the play level every time and I cannot win this level. I have no gold bars and I have no way of earning any since I cannot move on. The chocolate box gives no gold for me. I do not have any UFO boosters and very few other boosters. King has made it impossible for me to move on. I use to play for hours every day but now, what is the use? I am just stuck and no foreseeable way out to be able to move on. I have given up.
