Hi Zeniyan, it can't be unsynced but the progress can be synced. Please follow the steps from here: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep
If the troubleshooting doesn't work then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink. Click on it and complete the contact form. They can manually add your progress to your new Facebook account.

Wow that is the strangest thing. How do they know who I am? See if you can reply and tell them that Elsa does not have the answer. I'm also going to forward this message to my King Admin to see if she has an answer for both of us. Thanks for letting me know. I won't be near the computer for the next couple of days but will check on you when I get back online.
