Why can I enter to my candy crush games in any phone using my king account but when I try to sync my progress with my Facebook it says that I should do it with my king account but when I’m here it said My Username or password is invalid even though It is not, it’s the one I’ve been using for 10 years to retrieve my progress, now I created a community account to write this, using the same email because it seems I can do that, but it doesn’t show any of my progress here, and it seems like my email is completely new here, like now I have this email that can use on the app and shows all of my progress but its not recognized as a king account and had to create a king account using the very same email but is like a new account, please help.
