Changing Levels All the time?

I am now at my wits end with this game…

I recently upgraded my I phone from an X to a 14. Since then every time I open the app I start on a new level, always at the first one and never the same twice. this happens even if there is a few hours inbetween.. I can’t win a stage for bars as it does not track my progress, nor does it in the weekly challenges.

my App is upto date, I have deleted the App and reinstalled it again.. all that did was lose all my boosters…Tried the support & despite numerous requests all they do is direct me to here…

Does anyone have any wisdom….

yes I had 22 bars and to be honest I’m not that precious about boosters, I can start to build them up again.

So sorry! I did not receive notification for your yesterday's reply! When the CM helped you out, you did have those 22 Gold Bars in your game, didn't you?

Now, for the boosters, she wanted you to contact the King Player Support and request them for some boosters as a "Goodwill Gesture"! Since they have helped with your issue, they should remember you😉

Hope it goes well and you will receive some help in the form of boosters.

whatever you have done seems to have stabilised my progress… many thanks…

however you could have put me in a better place..been stuck on 3511 for 2 days & have no boosters…

That was another glitch, the bars seemed to change quantity from about 30 to 5 to say 20 when I was level shifting…

if you look at the 2 screen shots I attached earlier on the thread Level 3201 had 5 bars…Level 3351 had 4… how can you use 1 Bar?.. now after the move by Candy I have 22?

the boosters was when I tried to delete the app and reinstall it on the same device. I deleted the app, hard reset my I phone then re-downloaded the app… that did not fix the issue.

Losing boosters is normal when we reinstall the Apps. But, not Gold Bars!!

Did you lose them when you reinstalled the game or trying to play levels?

You should not have lost the gold bars. The boosters are stored only on your device but the gold should be given back if it's been lost: They know how much gold you had as it is linked to your player ID.

Yes it has put me on that level & completed it.

I will keep an eye open for level jumping over the next few days ( it jumps forwards not back) and confirm if it has fixed my problem.

Just for informational purposes… do you still have your iPhoneX with you? If so, can you log into the game and see at which level it is showing your game progress is?

I am afraid that the Player Support might not be able to help with this issue as it is an isolated one!! Player Support team is good with (a) Purchase issues, and (b) level progress lost issues 👍

But, the Candy Studio will be able to fix it…. it might take a bit longer to take time and find out what’s going on! But, they are the the people to go to for this issue.

Let’s see!! I have reported to the Candy Community In-charge. She will point us towards the proper direction😉

Yes, that is exactly what is happening. It also is not counting any levels I win for the weekly prize nor tracking any progress on the Start Race when I join to try and complete a level.

I cannot remember what level I was on, I think it was in the high 3,000’s and when I first reported an issue as I had gone back 100’s of levels when I did the switch, I am not really bothered wheee I am as long as the game works. It’s also annoying having twice now lost all the boosters I had collected.

That is a weird glitch, indeed!!

If I understand correctly, the game is automatically leveling you up! And each time you open the game, the level you are at is changing, isn't it?

Do you remember which level you were before upgrading your phone? Can you also check the App store and tell me the version you have right now?

And also, I might need your game ID number to report the issue to our Candy In-charge. Please click on THIS Link to find it👍️

I will give king credit for this, the one time my game glitched and everything was lost, they were very fast to set me back to my last saved status. And they were very nice about it. At least that department knows how keep the customers / players happy.....unlike other departments.
