This is because you haven't saved your progress by registering your email - You can find more info here. But don't worry, we can get it back for you I've sent you an email as I'll need private information. To find it, click on the envelop on the top right hand corner, near your avatar. If you're on your phone, you need to tilt the screen to see it.

Hi Mia,
I did not lose my progress. When I opened the game on my new phone I was st the proper level. I lost my gold bars from my piggy bank in app purchases. I had approximately 106 when I upgraded phone. When I opened game in new phone I had zero. I have 4 now that have accumulated through progress bonuses, etc.
