Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode (this is how the game would look like when playing on a phone). This change is also effective on Windows. Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.

I will be unable to play this game any longer. It's an accessibility issue. King has decided this game will no longer be playable/available to people who can't use smaller screens due to sight or dexterity issues. That's really unfortunate.

Why is candy crush saga app downloading on my desktop computer as a mobile app. I don't want the mobile app. I want the full screen version of candy crush saga on my computer. Can you help me with this?

I am sorry to say that I do not have a better news for you... It is the change that was brought in by the Candy Studio and it is here to stay!! Unfortunately, we- as players, cannot do anything about it, except for leaving feedback and hope that they will listen and change the way it was!!

I love playing the Candy Crush games, but hate the new screen size! I hope other players complain about it too so that The Candy Game Studio decides to go back to the screen size we've all enjoyed. I honestly don't know why having the appearance of a mobile game is preferred on the full screen size of a lap top computer?!?! Please rethink this new concept!!! Thank you!!!
