on Windows 11, using chrome, and I can't get game to load. Been like this for past 3 days. Have cleared cache etc, but no joy. Help please.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your game!
Instead of Chrome, did you try to open the game on Edge or some other browser? If not, can you please try and see how it goes?
Also, I would like to open an "Incognito" window and try to open the game there.

It works on Edge, but I'd rather it worked on Chrome since that's the main one I use

Oh, got it!!
Since the game is working on Edge browser, there is nothing wrong with your game. It is your Browser, which might need some updates to install. Please look into that and you should be able to play on Chrome like usual👍️👍️

I will ask our Community Manager and find out what else can you do to get the game working on your Chrome browser. In the mean time, I would suggest you to keep using Edge browser.
Since you have Windows 11, you will be able to download the game through Microsoft Store and play the App version. Would you like to try that and see?

It will work on app version, however, I'd need to start at the beginning again because it can't won't pull my progress

No dear! It won't. Because, you will be logging with your Facebook account, and it should start from the level, where you are at right now on your Browser version game👍️

Try and download the App version and see where it brings you on the level.
If it doesn't, then delete the App and come back to the browser version😉
