Level 1

How do I retrieve my progress and many levels? I have a account and everything. Candy crush went black about 3 day's ago. Couldn't get the game back so uninstalled it. Every since have installed and uninstalled the app and have to start at the very beginning every time. So upset as have played for a very very long time. Will have to uninstall once again if I don't get some help soon.

    I am sorry to hear that you have lost progress of your game!

    After reinstalling the App, did you log with your account details? If so, can you tell me which device you are using?

    The King Community's team has created many articles to help us with the usual issues we experience in the games. Losing progress in one of them...

    Please click on THIS Link and follow the steps provided there to retrieve your game progress.

    Thank you will try it. I have now linked with fb and it isn't showing any progress either.

    I did follow the necessary steps to no avail. I then contacted support as well. Can get my levels back but not items and only 2 stars for each game it seems. So just replied and waiting for a answer as to why?

    Hi @mccray🤗

    It is not possible for them to restore our level progress with 3 stars because, they would not know the exact scores we have achieved in our past levels. Because of that, they will give us 2 stars with basic score on all those lost levels.

    And the boosters -- when the boosters are freely earned from events and Daily bonus, etc., features, they won't be reimbursed. If you have purchased any of those lost boosters, please feel free to let the Support team know and they will reimburse them back. May be you can request to send few boosters to start your journey again!

    I had an experience with them long time ago. They are usually sweet! So, please try your luck💜
