⭕ Why can't I play in landscape mode anymore? Game too small!

I agree with everyone else, it's way to small to see on a computer screen anymore and I will probably stop playing too!

It is not you or your device. But, it is the “update” that has brought up the change, as it was due from a bit, I guess!!
Players have been receiving this changed screen from past few months. Whoever could not/did not get a chance to update their game App, the change had held off till now. But, once we update, it will appear in our game, just like any improvements!
I agree that none of us are happy with this new lay-out! But, as players, we cannot do anything to change it, BUT provide our feedback.

I play Candy Crush on my laptop , why has the screen view changed? I find the game unplayable now!

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode (this is how the game would look like when playing on a phone). This change is also effective on Windows. Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.

I think the overwhelming feedback, it can not be called an improvement! People can do something to "change" this, and that is no longer play it. I am assuming King does not wish to lose players, but that is what they are doing by limiting people's ability to access and enjoy the game. Based on the pages and pages of comments and feedback, this change certainly did not improve the game and is driving many users away. For those with accessibility issues, it's user discrimination. Unfortunate
