I can't buy any life or product while playing since Thursday August 3th 2023. I don't know what is wrong with my candy crush saga game. Please help me

Not working, I can't connect to Facebook as before. Something is wrong. I've been playing the game on my two phones. None of the phones can't connect. I really love candy crush saga. And I want to keep playing. Attached here is a screenshot of what pop up when I want to connect or save my progress to my facebook

I am experiencing the same thing. I obviously am online here but Candy Crush can’t find the connection so I can get bonuses etc.
