I again checked the level on different devices but didn't find such problem in my case. So I suggest you to follow some troubleshooting steps and hope the steps solve your problem.
Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and Log in.

Hi. I have used over 80 lives and cant get past the first move due to the keys not lining up and the game ends.
Hi @ArielDaf I checked the level and the level is completely normal ie it is possible to pass the level with the mentioned moves without using any boosters.Use the frog as a weapon in the level, and before making a move, carefully note which candy move will helpul for you.

how do i get a level 14000 badge?
not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
