A lot of people seem to have problems with this level.
You need to feed it candies until it glows and use it to hit those blockers by moving it as shown as in this video. The order of 5 frogs means you have to do this five times. The colour bombs that drop help you get the frog to glow. Strike the colour bombs against a candy the same colour as the frog. Good luck!

How the hell do you pass level 5000.
it says 5 frogs but only 1 appears
