Money taken, no gold or boosters.

I am on level 3462. I ran out of moves, so bought gold. When I was in the shop, everything froze. I couldn't get back to the game. The money was taken from my account ($30.99), but I don't have the gold and have wasted a lot of boosters to get to the end, and still haven't finished the game. I'm assuming if the boosters tuern up, the ones with the free fours hours use will have nearly expired? Help please.

The game gets frozen all the time, especially when I am using special items!
