Hi @Deena1967 if you uninstall the app then when you sign back into your game it will be restored at the last level saved.
When playing the game did you save it using an email address and password?

Wow I just realized that this problem is since at least 2019. It is 2023, no one at King came up with a fix or patch? I’ve been playing I think since 2015 but stopped for quite awhile bc of issues. The past maybe 3 or so years I played daily a lot and sometimes every other day and this is still my problem. I have a new iPad Pro that I got this year and an iPhone 12 Pro Max from 2020-ish and it happens always on both iPads and here and there on phone. Someone please fix
