In the past week or so, I only get a couple gifted lives a day. I used to get nearly 20 from friends upon requests. I am using an iPhone. Candy Crush.

Are you not getting Lives daily like you used to? If you are not getting any Lives, it may be because your game is not fully connected to the server or there may be other reasons so follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and Log in.
But remember if you are getting less lives than before i.e. lives are being exchanged then there is no problem in your game app. How many Lives you get per day depends on how many friends are lives request accepting by your request.

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
