Great test! I'm not surprised King are still allowing players in. When King ran All Stars they had so many wild card rounds that practically everyone who wanted to could qualify for the semi finals. The idea of these competitions is to get AS MANY players to participate as possible. The more play the more will spend money to proceed to the next round. It's simple maths. I haven't heard anything about wild card rounds this time though.

Funny this, as I did the same test last night with the old iPhone still lying around unused. I stopped at level 29 thinking it wasn't happening. But maybe I'll just play a few more levels now and see.... I have a long train journey today and could give it a go if they still let me in.(They kicked me out on my other game. I know why and it's only fair )

Yes, it still works! I'm on level 31 and here it is! Thanks for the tip @MonicaYellow That will pass the boredom of the journey for me.

The new levels may not be that great but the game is always fun...just how do you wanna play? So many different playing styles.

King nerfed L 3309, so that'll now be a problem of the past I suspect.

While I wanted a level playing field in these "collect" competitions, getting rid of fun levels isn't the solution I had in mind... Now I'll never get to experience the hype. 😥

I was busy yesterday and did not play but just finished an episode. I should be able to get 1st place without any issues.
