It started a few weeks ago after a Chrome update. For the past few weeks, after YEARS of playing with Chrome on Facebook, I can no longer play Candy Crush Saga this way. I can play with my account using another browser AND I can play the game on FB Chrome using another account. The problem seems to be with this account, Chrome & FB. I can't play either if I go to the Candy Crush Game page and hit "play Game". Either way, I get the King page part of the game, then nothing else. Only an option to "wait" or "exit page". I have:
Checked that my Brower is optimized at 528, CLEARED MY CACHE, Checked that my Browser is up to date (it is) Advice please?
You are playing Candy Crush in Mobile phone or Computer/Laptop? You said your account is having problems playing Candy Crush Saga on Facebook through Chrome but it is playing with that account in other browsers. Please reply me back.
Yes...Windows 10 Laptop. I can play with this account via FB using MSIE AND I have another account and I am able to play on FB Chrome with the OTHER account. This seems to have happened after the last Chrome update. As I indicated, I've been playing for years on FB using Chrome. Now, even if I go to the CC fan page and hit "play game", the King screen comes up and it sits there until eventuallly it asks me if I wish to "wait" or "Exit page"
Uninstall and reinstall your chrome browser. Make sure you have saved your progress.
@Diamond_Lim Can you help the player? I'm not an expert for Computer related issues.

Have you tried using a different browser? Mozilla Firefox perhaps?
I have the same problem. Can play Candy Crush using other browsers but not Chrome. Have tried doing all suggested actions including uninstall and reinstall of Chrome. Still won't work. This is on a laptop running Windows 11
