Hi, I’m only given 12
moves for level 188, instead of 25. How do I pass the level? Should I re-install the game?

Same issues with 171, 188 and other levels. Only getting 12 moves, these levels are impossible to beat unless you have extra candies to help you... and it takes literally weeks and 100s of attempts. I’m ready to delete this game and find one that actually works.

Hi, I’m having the same issue. Also happened with level 171 and I had to waste a lot of candies to beat it.... Super annoying!! Elsa, I know you are forwarding a list along but what exactly is being done to fix this issue?

I have the same problem in level 188. I also had this problem in 171 and it never got fixed. I finally lucked my way out of it.
Hi Julia, thank you for writing us here at King Care. I have seen a lot of complaints here from the players regarding the number of moves for a specific level. I have created a list of these complaints and forward this to a King Admin who then forwards it to the studio. I will add your message to the list.

why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!

i was well on my way to completing the pins but the app restarted and now them pins tab is no longer available
