Why are the treasure hunts and challenges not appearing on my phone?

The treasure hunt that appears on the weekends are not appearing when I play on my phone. Also, the challenges sometimes appear and disappear, or not appear at all. I know something is wrong because my sister also plays but has the quests and challenges available on her phone.

Some events and features don't always get rolled out to everyone or are in testing so if someone you know has something you don't, it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong with your game. Just make sure that your game is actively connected to either Facebook or Kingdom and that you've got the latest updates installed.
