Hi every time I try to get extra moves a black screen appears have to delete and start again very annoying.

It's a bit of a puzzle that's taking us a tad longer to crack than we hoped, but we're determined to find the perfect fit.
In the meantime, we didn't want to keep you in the dark. We're actively working on fixing the issue as we speak! While we work our magic behind the scenes, here's a little tip we've picked up along the way.
Some players have found that restarting their devices has been quite helpful. It might not be a golden ticket for everyone, but it's definitely worth a shot!

Lots of reports about this issue. They might get it fixed on Monday. It's clearly a glitch at their end, which you can't do anything about. Just be patient and don't use the ads feature for now.
Play on. Watch ad gives black screen again. This ends the game.
I have to exit Candy Crush completely and restart game.

My screen keeps going black when I am trying to get three more turns. Has anyone else noticed this?
Don't play ads for now until they have fixed the glitch. There is nothing any of you players can do.
When the level end and ich want new live because it is not finished, i want to see advertinsing. But the mirrow is black and i must close the level...

The issue was reported to our Candy Community In-charge. You will have to bear with us as all the Kingsters are off for the weekend, and they can only check our complaints tomorrow! We will update you all once we know something

Update: this afternoon everything was working great and back to normal. But the problem returned this evening.
Same problem with black screen when playing ad. Must exit the game and forfeit current game.

Are you not able to watch Ads for extra moves at all OR you used to have them but you do not have the feature now? OR the Ads appear, but you are not able to click on "Watch"?

The option to watch ad videos in the game had some issues and the issue was already reported. The game studio is also working to fix the issue and hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.

I was hoping it would start working but it’s been a few days and not working right. When it says watch ad it doesn’t show what moves you get and the screen turns black. I have been playing Candy Crus for years. Please help, thank you.
