I've read several blogs that solved this level with 30 and then 22 moves. 12 moves is almost impossible...

This is the reason why you have less moves: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/level-changing-on-candy-crush-saga-not-getting-the-same-amount-of-moves-as-your-friends I have seen a lot of complaints here from the players regarding the number of moves for a specific level. I have played Candy Crush for absolute years.
This level is impossible so it is time for me to stop spending money and give up the game. I will not waste precious time and get angry at a game that is supposed to be fun.
