Did you try to switch the browser you are using and see if the game works? Sometimes, when the game does not work on the browser(s), we can try the game on "Incognito" window / "Guest" window of the browser.
If the game works, that means, that the browser needs updating or the issue is with the browsers! If the game does not work, then the issue is with the game. But, like I said above, we do not have any complaints in the Community! So, I am suspecting that the issue could be with your browser🤔

I did not understand what you mean by "monkey error message"!! Can you please explain a bit about the feature you are playing? A screenshot also might help!!
