About every other day, I get a 'new terms and services' button that I have to accept. When I click the button, I've lost all of my lives from friends. Please stop resetting this!

And again!!! I had 35 lives and the new terms of service box came back up again and all of the lives are GONE. Please fix this bug. It takes me weeks to save up that many lives from friends.
....well, it was apparently too good to be true, because after several weeks of thinking the issue has been fixed....it happened again! Opened the game and I have to 'accept the new terms of service' and when I do all of my lives my friends have sent are just gone.

I have reported about it to our Candy Crush Community In-charge! Let me see what they find out and I will get back to you as soon as I can with a reply!
