Hello everyone. So, for a while now, when the new 45 levels drop, there is an indication of which levels are hard, etc. on the first 15 but nothing after that. I mostly use the app so this is what I am talking about. Today, there are no indications on all 45 levels. I appreciate the gift boxes, but if one of the options is winning a challenging level, I can't use it because the game hasn't identified them. Also, it says I can win more lives if I watch a video, but there isn't one there. Finally, the ap gives me the chance to win boosters through Sweet Cinema, but it is obvious that the game holds that back and forces me to use gold bars in order to win levels. So, does anyone else have these issues?

Which device are you using to play the game? The Windows10 has extra levels compared to mobile devices!! Hence, the question๐ค

Hi @smitherskathy1 - I hope you have been enjoying your time here in the community. I play on a mobile device (iPhone) and am near the end of the map. I have been holding back playing new episodes because of the upcoming soccer ball finals with the big gold bar payout. So I currently am 9 episodes from the end of the map but figure I will probably play those during the finals. Anyway, I have noticed the next three episodes show the hard etc. levels, then the next two donโt, then the 6th episode does and the remaining three donโt so I honestly am not sure why the hard/ super hard etc. indicators are showing up. I will ask our CM and see what the studio says.
As far as the rest of what you are talking about, I think you are referring to being able to watch ads and I do not have that feature. I never had it until about 8 months ago and then I had it for about 6 months and then it disappeared. I have seen indications that other players may be experiencing issues with Sweet Cinema also. It is a test feature that not everyone gets and they are currently testing a different version - "treasure hunt" so I don't know if that is affecting sweet cinema or not.

Hi - I found out from our CM (Community Manager) that the studio is conducting a short duration test with having no marking on the map to show which are hard etc. Your input has already been passed on to the studio. Thank you for joining us here and providing your opinion.
Hopefully your map will return to normal in the next few weeks.

Hi @smitherskathy1 @PummyRaj @batman27 @bearwithme I'm not sure what a short duration test is. This has been going on for years and we have been highlighting it for years. It's just something else that never gets put right. I play mobile so get the new levels 2 weeks after release, you'd think it could be shown correctly by then. But more often than not the levels change difficulty, making them harder (impossible without gold and boosters) not long after release and the monitor that shows what they are is always out of date.
But to be honest I'd rather they sorted out the terrible new Chocolate Box first, can't really say much about that, as it's indescribable.

I got completely different levels this week from the rest of the players (mobile release). I mean my levels are nothing like those on YouTube, my level 14775 is other people's level 14786, but I do have all of the episodes marked with hard or nightmarish level, and those marked are the only ones I have the same as other players. Can anyone explain that? Does it mean I am part of some test group? @bearwithme

My first episode didn't have any shown with a difficulty when I started it yesterday Christine, it now shows four. I haven't checked mine against YouTube so don't know if they're like yours. It's all such a mystery.

That is very strange. I have passed your info on and will let you know what (if anything) I find out. I can't compare with what I have because I kept some episodes in reserve to compete in the finals of the soccer tournament that starts tomorrow.
