Gold bars are usually not lost if you do not purchase something through them. However, if you feel they have been lost without your use, you should contact our Player Support.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Purchases - Contact us and send them an email.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
