Didn't receive reward and no answer from support

Hi,

I completed collecting 25,000 green candies for the last pot of gold event. But, I didn't receive the gold on 1st August. I've sent in 3 tickets to support, but I haven't heard anything, just the generic email saying if I need help go the forum. Is there a long wait for support to answer tickets at the moment, please?

This is the third pot of gold event I've taken part in and I've never received the rewards. And with another one on the way by the looks of it, then is there much point taking part when support won't rectify this issue.

Hi @PummyRaj, thank you for the response. I have been waiting a lot longer that 3 days for a response from support, as we are now at the end of the month and my initial ticket was in the first few days after I didn't receive the reward.

Yes, I did take part in both parts of the pot of gold event. Here's my screenshot showing I completed part 2:

I took a screenshot because in previous pot of gold events I didn't receive the gold either, as I stated in my initial post, so I wanted proof this time if the same thing happened again.

I will do as suggested and reply to the automated email and see if I get a response that way.

Btw, yes I have collected the orange candies for the current pot of gold event. I just meant what is the point in taking part in collecting thousands of orange candies, for part 2, only to not receive the reward.

Yes, I think probably only new levels count for this event. You are correct that this is not stated, but in my experience of this event lately, only new levels count towards the 25.

I passed 25 old levels but also not getting 25 gold bars why? Should I passed new levels? But it is not told to pass new level only. How should I get 25 gold bars. Plz tell me.

And this one --> "with another one on the way by the looks of it, then is there much point taking part when support won't rectify this issue" <-- The current "Pot of Gold" event is not "on the way", but it is already running... The first part is ending tomorrow.

** To be eligible to earn the share of Gold Bars, you will have finish the first part. Then, you will receive a Gold ticket, which takes us to the 2nd part of the challenge.

This time, the first part is an easy one... collect 1500 Orange candies! You have only one day and I think it will be enough for you to finish the task and be eligible.

First of all, I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having in your game!!

** Usually, in "Pot of Gold" event, we are supposed to take part in 2 parts of the event! I missed to participate in the 2nd part in that event (Green candies one), hence, missed my Gold Bars gift!! Do you remember taking part in both challenges or just one?

** When we are reporting to the Player Support team, we have to send only one complaint per issue, and wait for their response. If we send more than one complaint, they will get confused and the help will be delayed!! So, from now on, please send only one complaint - and wait for at least 3 days!!

** The generic email you have received is an automated response that we receive as an acknowledgement. Sometimes, some issues can be followed by the steps they provide in that automated email. If you have not heard from anybody after 3 days, that email is the one you need to send a reply to that "automated email", saying that you are still waiting to receive help!

Most of the time my game is disconnected
I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏
