Treasure hunt option

In last a few weeks I have some issues in my game and start like this:
1- about 3,4 weeks ago I had experience that my screen went black with white lines on top and I had to restart the game first started at end of the night and then whole day & then even middle of game or end of game when ever I choose ads for extra life or booster) 2- that problem solved since about 10 days ago but no more booster or any kind of ads or treasure hunt option at all !! Meaning now I don’t received any treat or booster or any ads !
please tell me you can sort without I loose my booster I already had left!
In last a few weeks I use more than half my booster I had and I can’t buying all the time!

Frist of all, there is nothing wrong with your game, so please do not worry about that at all👍️
1) The screen went black while watching the Ads was because of an issue that was happening in the game. It was not just you... but, many players have experienced this issue, and some - still are!!
2) With regards to "Treasure Hunt" option --> Did you have it in your game and lost it OR did you know about the feature by looking at other games?
3) Not receiving the Ads might not be an issue! But, it could be because the feature was moved on to another player at the same time when the Ads issue was going on.
When I said "the feature is moved to another player" -- the Ads are still under testing. All the features that are in testing will be moved on to other groups of players from time to time. When that happens, we won't see the Ads for a while. But, there is a big chance that they will come back. When - we do not know... it could be weeks or months or few days!!

By the screenshots you have provided, your game looks good to me👍️
Even-though the "Treasure Hunt" feature is missing from your game, you have all other features and events most of the players have. The free boosters -- you can earn them from (a) Daily Treat Machine and (b) Booster Wheel.
I do not have Ads in my game! Daily Treat Machine and Boosters wheel are the ones I collect my boosters from. If you keep on collecting rewards from both these features for a month, you will be surprised to see how many boosters you have collected😉

I do not know which version of the App you have right now!!
Check your App store and see that you have installed the latest update. Some features show up after we update the App!
