I have lost the the candy royale because of this bug. I don't know how the ingredient comes to the bottom. There is no way to came down I have added a screenshot and a video as zip. Fix and and provide my reward š.

That's very annoying to be sure. As I wrote earlier in the thread the way to play this level is to remove the blockers in the right order and the level design is deliberate and not a bug. I am sorry you wasted your gold on this. I would advise to never spend gold to play on unless you can clearly see on the board that the extra moves will let you pass the level. For this it is necessary to pause the game briefly when there is one or two moves left and assess the board, because you cannot see the board once your moves are down to zero. Good luck with your next attempts!
I have the same issue and no way to fix and it happened after I paid 10 gold ffs

In all likelihood this is done deliberately.
I think that this level's candy cane fence of the left should be 1 tile taller
Sorry to have confused you but I am a player like you and have nothing to do with King. If you want to contact King you need to write them an email. This can be done in settings via the App or use "contact us" as the bottom of this page. They will however tell you the same as I did. This level has been like this for years after all. This is the King community where player are trying to help each other. I am sorry I was unable to help you, but I tried.
So, you are trying to convince that a glitch into a feature. So no worry at all. I don't need refund, because by one of your another glitch give me it back. That's on the same clash royale. I have failed first try in the level 4381. But I got the winning gold in level 4382. After failing in the first try I have continued in that race. It's your another glitch please check your logs and fix your glitch first.
I know. I understood your post. My answer was that it is NOT a glitch. It is how the game is intended. Therefore you won't get a refund. The video shows how to pass this level. My post with the arrow shows how to pass this level. It is not a bug. You must play to prevent the dragon from slipping down to where it cannot be rescued. It is part of the intended gameplay.
You have posted it. So that you playing in some way. That's doesn't matter... What is mean by bug or glitch. I reported here a bug. There is no possible way for the dragon to came below. But it's came because of a glitch or bug there. I reported here to fix that. And because of that glitch I lose the candy royale race. That's am mentioning here.
I mean you should aim to remove the liquorice above the arrow first, before you break the cage, then the dragon will fall into that slot.
I did that. I posted the video yesterday. Is it not there? It should be near the top of this page. What you need to do here is get rid of the blockers below the left most dragon before breaking the keys. I think just to remove the liquorice will be sufficient. Then the dragon will drop down there once it is released. If you break the keys first then it will slip to the left.
Could you please make it happen and post a video here.
So, In this level there is no way for the dragon to come down. But it's came down. Because of that am saying it as a bug.
Hello @Dharshu and welcome to our friendly community. I just replayed the level and was able to get all of the dragons to exit. How did one of your dragons manage to slip to the bottom. It is true that in some levels you have to be careful because a piece can slip to an area where there is no way to retrieve it, even using a hand switch (or two).
Obviously you need to get the keys so the dragons unlock and their exit is directly below them. I also started with a CB and coconut wheel (and also a stripe wrap) and then towards the end I used one hammer to hit a wrap that was next to icing that was blocking the two remaining dragons. The coconut wheel came in very handy to destroy the blockers under the dragon and let them gradually drop until they went out the exits. The last dragon on the far right was unlocked when I had about 5 moves left and was able to exit the board immediately below it (when I exploded the wrap).
I was going to try and replay the level to see if I could duplicate the dragon dropping down to the bottom - but my game automatically reset to my current level in the mid 14,000s.
I actually just replayed the level 2 more times and my dragons always fell thru the exits down below them. I didn't use any extra boosters and the second time I would have won if I had used a hammer to get rid of one layer of caramel underneath the last dragon. The next time I replayed it I was able to get a double wrap combo and also several CBs formed on their own and I was able to finish with 7 moves to spare.
I play on an iPhone 12 and there was definitely no glitch in my game.

Hi there. I do not think this is a bug. You are also not the first player to have complained about this level. However, I am sure the level is meant to be like this and to be difficult. It's one of those where you need to follow the correct sequence to release the dragons.The top row of blockers underneath the caged eggs needs to be removed first before releasing the cages, or else the dragons will slip to the left. Check this video. This level is probably designed like this to stop players' on top win streaks and with lots of starting boosters. It's not fair but it's quite deliberate. That's the way King run this game.

When you said bug, I thought the final baby Dragon did not drop down on to the board!! Because, that was a glitch that occurs in some levels! If that is the case, all we need to do is close the level - exit the App - and reopen it after few minutes - retry the level again!!
We will check the level and get back to you whether it is a bug or is it a bit hard to drop that last dragon!!

It seems impossible to clear the sprinks on this level. Itās only 2 you have to clear. I havenāt even saw the 2nd one yet. Any suggestions about this level? It is a legendary level.
not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!

Have already played and passed this level using multiple boosters. Went back to play again without using any boosters to see what the game has become and take screenshots.
