I have lost 10 levels of candy crush have played episode 4217 4 times now I am using the game in Facebook
Hi Thanks for replying . Please email Team and tell your Game ID there.so they can restore the levels manually on your account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!

It seems to happen when I close facebook as long as I dont close I keep progress when I close and then log back in my progress is gone
I reached level 4226 then it dropped back to level 4213. I have reached 4217 and accomplished it and when I signed back in I was still at level 4217

No option for the 6 hours for 69 gold bars was available a few days ago
So I was playing and my lives finished so I left the game... hours passed I thought they were full again so I went back only to find all those minutes pending...I don't know if it's because I was using VPN or something but I don't know what to I can't wait all those hours...is there a way you can help me ???
My blue candies are not being counted. I've been playing and beating new levels for 2 hours and I'm still only at 105 blues. I would like to see it fixed if possible, I'm now way behind because of it!
