Orlocks appeared at level 1630. Is this a bug or not?

I have checked the level in different devices and my game board is same in all devices, so there is some error or problem in your game app. Anyway please check below steps and let me know.
Check Device Sofware update - Log out game - Check app update - Restart device- Open game and Log in.
If the game board of the level doesn't change after following this, let me know what device you are using.

You do seem to have a different level 1630 from other players. I have the same level 1630 as @Sukanta_Biswas and I am afraid your level 1630 is far too difficult for this stage in Candy Crush. But sometimes, for reasons we do not know, rogue levels appear in player's games and you are unlucky to have this one.
To play your level you need to collect 30 blue candies to open those locked up areas. Then you have to fulfil the order of all the frosting, which will not be unlocked until you have destroyed the number of blues (10/20/30) stated on the box. To get anywhere you would need to start by getting rid of those things you call striped tassle. Then some striped candies should drop to help you get the order of blue candies to unlock the frosting on either side. All this will in my view take considerably longer than 20 moves, so this is an impossible level in my opinion. It is more like a level in the 10,000 + range. @PummyRaj do you have any idea why @FileoFish123 has this rogue level and what can be done about this? It really isn't fair. This level is far too hard for this early on in the game!
I donāt know why I have so maybe the game code calculated, for example, that level 15025 needs to be made level 1630 (I know that level 15025 is not the same as this one), but I canāt guess what it is. also 1 question, why does the striped tassel have no quantity in your screenshot?
First, I'm not sure which app version you're using because I've checked the level on different devices.
There is no match with your game board, so you must need to update the app first.

According to your screenshot I think the game board doesn't have enough ising. Is this your problem?

Ssomeone please explain how do you get pass a level that has over 25 things to knock out, BUT you only get 3 moves???? The ONLY way is to continue using gold bars. What a joke!!!!
The game has crashed on me several times in the last couple weeks. The first time it was acknowledged by the system and I was given ā¦ something? I donāt remember what, coins or boosters. Probably boosters. Well anyway, 4 times it has frozen and needed to be restarted after I used coins to continue after ālosingā on aā¦
Everytime I get the pink candy that roles they won't give it to me
