Hello and apologies for the delay in getting back to you all!
Thank you for sharing your concerns about the rewards in our Summer Games event. We understand that you might have noticed some variations in rewards distribution, and we appreciate your feedback.
What I have been told is that the final numbers of Gold Bars you receive will depend on the number of winning players.
On the pop up that we get, it states the number of winners and what your share will be.
As for why the additional Gold Bars are different, while we can't go into the specific details of each case, these variations in rewards aim to add excitement and diversity to the event, catering to different player preferences and performance levels. We carefully consider a range of factors to ensure fairness and fun for all participants.
Hope this sheds some light on how rewards are distributed in different cases and apologies for not being able to share more details.
Unfortunately @QueenB that nowhere near answers our questions on why players are offered different amounts, in a lot of cases 20 gold bars less. But then I'm guessing King can't really think of a sensible answer to give you to pass on.
Thanks Queen B for getting back.
But the screenshot in your post, copied from one of my earlier posts, was not from the current round of Pot of Gold, it was the last one held in May earlier this year.
I posted it under this thread for comparison purposes. 2 interesting things I noticed:
May 2023, total number of winners crossed 3.7 million, this time only slightly over 1.45 million,
BUT, with the same amount of gold in the pot, 20 million, 3.7 million winners each had 16 gold bars, while 1.45 million winners each had 14 gold bars only.
The Maths is not right.
If all the figures were correct, then it's alarming to see the number of winners dropped from 3.7 million to 1.45 million. So many players have left the game since May?
