Not really. I wouldn't liken it to gambling at all. The purpose of gambling is the hope you may win more money than you invested. Candy Crush is like all games: You pay for the pleasure of having fun playing the game. Like you buy a board game to play or like you pay for an ice cream as it's a (guilty) pleasure to eat. If you don't get pleasure from playing Candy Crush you should NOT spend money on it.
