Three days ago I reported the crashing issue on Windows 10. Today I was able to finish a complete series without a crash but now the site is going down again. I've had to clear 3762 twice because CCS crashes in the midst of playing. The same for 3763. I had over 3,750,000 the first time it crashed. I'll return to play when I'm notified the connectivity issue is resolved. It's too frustrating and costly to continue to play with this matter unresolved.
Hi Jane, I wish that I could give you an answer on that but I haven't heard anything from the studio. They are aware that it is a glitch but I haven't heard that it's been fixed yet.
Is it possible to be notified when it is fixed or should Windows 10 users just experiment each day on their own?
Unfortunately, I don't get any updates ahead of the players so I guess it's a matter of trying it daily. Are you playing any of the other games? Maybe play those while waiting for this fix.
Have to uninstall the ile the cause the error then find file explorer windows 10 from your computer after that issue will be fixed.
