The problem I reported in the comment you responded to is with the platform of this community, just now another strange thing happened as out of nowhere my post with the videos ended up here as if it were a response or continuation to another topic when I had posted it as a separate topic (due to the difference in there being videos) and today I come across it here just as an answer 😒😒

Did you try to close and restarted the game? This usually helps.
Hi, Christine. Reskinned candies are event-themed candies like orange maple leaves. Each time such candies are introduced, new graphic textures are added to the game, causing glitches for some reason. Removal of textures also sometimes messes up the graphics.
Hi @MannyFae What are reskinned candies and what is it they have actually removed or added this week? I understand this is a glitch, but don't understand what it is they do to the game that makes this glitch happen.
Talking about strange things going on. I did not get any screenshots as I do not know when it is going to happen. I get stuck on a level, after my 5 lives run out I leave the game and come back later and start again but it is a completely different board layout, still stuck, come back the next day and it has gone back to the original game board. I eventually pass the level that time and than the same thing happened with the next board very very strange, wish they would not change the board mid game.
Unfortunately I have to leave the link like this because if I try to leave it green an error appears and then when I post it the link won't come together and this is not the only problem I'm having here with this platform that seems to me to be called Vanilla, I'm hating every problem I'm facing here (loss of text for no apparent reason, not being able to safely reload the page due to the risk of losing it, post button disappearing, save draft not working, error when inserting image, link giving problem, etc)... 😾😾😾😾😾

Yup, same thing happening to me. Bizarre icons for everything, and no consistency in how they match. Cute stuff like a jellyfish icon showing up that I've never seen before.
My game has went crazy as well. Bizarre icons for all the candies and no consistency with how they match. Sounds like a game tweek went wrong.

At least I passed the 1⁰ crazy level, and miraculously I managed to pass the other one because I got a stripe at the end that destroyed the last jelly, unfortunately I ended up not recording this part because I thought I would lose.
Sorry for only having 6 videos, I would like to have made more but my cell phone's memory is very low, does anyone have any thoughts about all this crazy stuff?

😒😒From what I remember, bizarrely the complete knot is a striped candy, the knot with a rectangular orange wrapper is a wrapped one, the circled red candy is also a striped one and the ones hiding a color bomb seem to me to be jellies holding dragons...
Yes, this is ridiculous! Are they working on fixing this? Lost a couple of lives playing on the computer at work at lunch trying to figure it out! Thought it might be ok on the app version or at least fixed by now, but nope! Lost 2 more lives! I'm about to quit this game completely! King becomes more greedy every day and I'm sick of having to pay to pass every level!
I've just closed and restarted the game, and it appears to have resolved itself, however, we shouldn't have to do this in the first place because we lose what precious few lives we have each time we close down the game.
I've just played level 4027 and am now on 4028, with these really bizarre candies; they don't act like they should, and you can mix and match when matching. Had I known that this was a glitch, I wouldn't have wasted lives trying to work out what was going on. I just thought that it was a new concept within the game because I had just passed the 4000 mark...
This happens almost every time they add or remove reskinned candies. Sometimes a lot of players are affected, sometimes not.
I've had this happen to...crazy looking levels. And don't work the same...frustrating for sure
