You answered someone here who posted a question three years ago @Deal_One . This is one of the problems in this community site: Someone digs up an ancient post and adds a comment to it (like the person with the rude name in the previous post) and then we answer the original post. I've fallen for that one myself and so have moderators, so you are in good company.
What's happened to the bot that looks for swear words? Is that broken as well now?

I was thrown out of candy crush so reloaded. I was on level 4185. Thought I saved it but now opens to level 5
The chocolate box only registers when you are connected to King's server. If you cannot press "play" or if the box hangs up on you, close the app. Then check your internet connection is good before you reload the app and play one level. This app loses connection to the server quite easily and it is not always obvious.
For the last couple of days when I click on play in the chocolate box it’s not clicking…it’s goes to play but once I finish the level it’s still not registering in the chocolate box…already hard trying to complete the box, this is not fair

I find it better to use the in game contact us method, through settings and the ?. That way they automatically know who you are as they have your player ID. I always get an automated email straight away, and recently I also got a proper reply and a compensatory reward for my complaint within minutes. It might depend on what your complaint is though. Mine was about a glitch in a level that obviously a lot of others had complained about already.
Yes I've used "the contact us" link when i won some boosters that i wasn't given. After contacting King support using the link I had my boosters about 20 minutes later.

I just checked and that "Contact Us" tab takes us to regular "support" link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact. So, it should work👍️
Are you asking because you have received an automated email for your numerous complaints??
If so, the automated email is an acknowledgement from King to let us know that they received our complaint. But, instead of sending multiple complaints, we have to wait for 3 days (minimum), and if you did not hear from an actual agent, send a reply to that automated email to let the Support team know that you are still waiting to be helped.
