Candy crush doesn't sync with my new fb acxount
My Mom's Candy Crush was connected in my fb account. I disconnected it from my account and my mother created new account for herself because She wanted me to connect it on her account. (This Candy Crush has kingdom account. and Im using my Android phone when doing this procedure ) This is where the problem started. At first, it was connecting to her account. The progress successfully synced in to her fb account but when I tried to sync it in her Iphone, it wouldn't synced and the level gone back to 1 so what I did is— I did the same procedure but it really won't work. I tried reading all the suggested solutions here in king care, try to google it, I tried everything but none really works. I've already sent email to 2 king emails but still I got no answer(I forgot the emails but I got it in google play store and the king email who has been sending me emails about password recovery because I always forgot the password). I made account here hoping that someone out there help me with this problem. And lastly, this problem happened also with my mom's 3 king games (Bubble witch 2, Pet Rescue Saga, Farm Heroes Saga). All I can say is Goodluck to me!!

Hi Mich, wow! The first thing and most important thing for you to do is to get your mother's Kingdom user ID #. Please follow the steps on this link: https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it
Once you have this number, I want you to please complete the contact form from here: https://care.king.com/en/contact
Give your mother's user ID # and tell them what level she was on. They can go into her account and manually add it there. This can be done for all King games. They should email you with a ticket number on it. You will respond back to that email until it's resolved.
Please write me back here when it's resolved so that I know everything is all good!

Hi Elsa! I just want to know usually how long does it take for the king to respond to certain message? That form you wanted me to fill up is the form I had filled up before you asked me to fill that form. To be honest, I'm out of patience. It has been 1-2 weeks since I first filled up that form and up until now I got no response coming from them. All I want is a single word from them for me to know if they receive my email or not. I'm sorry I've said a lot of stuff to you. I'm really disappointed to them. Anyways, Thank you in advance.
